What is my User ID and Password?
Your User ID is 1357672 .  Your password is your account number on your bill. 
If you don't have your bill, please contact an account representative at 1-800-755-5152.

I have more than one account number on my bill.  Which one is my password?
Enter the account number you wish to make a payment on. 

Is there a limit on the amount or frequency of online payments?
We can only accept payments greater than $5.00 up to $5,000.00. 
You can enter as many payments in a day as you would like.

Do you accept credit card balance transfer checks?
Yes, but balance transfer checks must be mailed to our office.  Please send them to:
